Own and grow a portfolio of customers as their primary contact; drive adoption, retention, and renewals. Build scalable playbooks, surface trends, and work cross-functionally with Support, Product, and Sales to resolve issues and identify expansion opportunities. Communicate value to technical and executive audiences, manage renewals/quotas, and proactively mitigate at-risk customers.
