Build and lead GeneDx’s first dedicated Employee Relations function, owning investigations, performance-based terminations, coaching, policy interpretation, case management, and legal partnership. The role will establish ER protocols, reporting, documentation, escalation frameworks, and manager training while reducing legal exposure and improving manager capability. This individual contributor position supports production, operations, and sales populations and manages approximately 130 annual ER touch points.

Develop and execute organic social strategy across platforms; create and design scroll-stopping content; manage publishing calendar, LinkedIn newsletter, and employee advocacy; monitor engagement and sentiment; report on performance and optimize content; translate complex genomics into accessible social storytelling and escalate risk issues.
