Lead and scale a grant-funded accelerator for water and ocean tech startups in the Great Lakes region. Recruit and select cohorts, provide hands-on mentorship (financial modeling, go-to-market, fundraising), manage partner and federal reporting, deploy non-dilutive capital, build ecosystem relationships, and oversee program operations and alumni support to drive commercialization and regional impact.
