Own post-contract relationships for creditors’ rights accounts, including onboarding, account health, retention, renewals, and expansion. Manage operational complexity across service of process workflows, e-filing, billing exceptions, SLAs, audits, and compliance requirements. Serve as the primary client contact, monitor performance trends, resolve issues proactively, configure platform implementations, and negotiate expanded scope and renewals with law firm clients.

Own pre-sales solution design and end-to-end implementations for creditors’ rights clients. Map portfolios, workflows, jurisdictions, integrations, pricing, and reporting requirements; coordinate data exchanges, APIs, pilots, QA, go-live, and handoffs. Partner with Sales, Service Delivery, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and vendors while managing timelines and success metrics. Provide expertise on collections litigation, service of process, e-filing, post-judgment workflows, FDCPA, Regulation F, and related compliance requirements.
