Serve as primary client contact for wealth and retirement clients across public and private markets. Manage client onboarding, KYC, reporting, deliverables, and fund launches. Coordinate internal teams (legal, compliance, marketing), analyze large data sets for performance and ownership reporting, provide market insights, and drive retention and asset growth while advocating for client needs.

Lead research and due diligence for private markets with emphasis on secondaries; source and underwrite primary funds, secondaries, and co-investments; prepare investment memos, monitor portfolio performance, enhance research processes, and support client communications.

Support client solutions and alternatives research: monitor client portfolios, create presentations, perform quantitative analyses (e.g., portfolio pacing), develop new client solution ideas, and evaluate private markets investments (private equity, private credit, real assets). Participate on 3-4 person deal teams to assess fund investments, co-investments, and secondaries, and handle ad hoc client requests while collaborating across global teams.
