Manage end-to-end onboarding for providers, TPAs, and employer groups onto payment and financial services platforms. Validate banking, tax, compliance, and entity documentation; conduct due diligence and screening; configure EFT, ACH, funding, and account structures; resolve exceptions; maintain audit-ready records; report pipeline metrics; and coordinate with Finance, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and external stakeholders to improve onboarding processes and systems.

Manage accurate, timely payment processing, exception resolution, account reconciliation, compliance, discrepancy investigations, production verification, and operational reporting. Partner with Product, Technology, Finance, Engineering, and Compliance teams to resolve escalated issues, define requirements, validate platform enhancements, support audits, maintain procedures, and improve operational efficiency. The role also develops training materials and manages competing priorities while maintaining transaction accuracy and accountability.

Leads healthcare network product strategy, including market solution design, partner and TPA data exchanges, network configuration and pricing, provider data and directory accuracy, new segment evaluation, and payment integration. Requires deep reimbursement and claims expertise, familiarity with 837/835 transactions and eligibility files, SQL and data-model fluency, strong requirements writing, and confidence with commercial partners.
