Sell Axiom's legal services to mid-market and SMB clients by generating new logos, closing complex deals, and expanding accounts. Build executive relationships, consult with C-level stakeholders, collaborate with cross-functional commercial teams, and mentor junior teammates. Manage pipeline from prospecting to close and deliver consultative, high-touch client experiences.

Lead global accounting, tax, treasury, and financial reporting operations; manage month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, audits, cash forecasting, banking relationships, and PE due-diligence/M&A support. Build controls, improve order-to-cash, partner cross-functionally, and supervise Revenue/AR, AP and Payroll teams to ensure US GAAP compliance and timely financial reporting.

Partner with managers to deliver HR strategy and people solutions for US HQ teams. Serve as Salesforce platform owner and senior architect: design data/security/integration architecture, lead two engineers, deliver complex features and integrations (Boomi/APIs), enforce coding standards and release processes, manage technical debt and platform security, drive roadmap and data governance, and advise stakeholders on build-vs-buy decisions.

Lead a team of 6-8 Account Executives to manage $18M in revenue, drive account growth and new business, coach and mentor sellers, act as escalation for senior client issues, manage pipeline and forecasting, develop strategic account plans, collaborate cross-functionally on attorney supply and market challenges, own performance management and recruitment.
