Support and implement audience data strategies, perform audience audits and analysis, develop targeting recommendations, enable partner-powered audience segments, manage third-party data/measurement/identity partners, collaborate cross-functionally (Product, Sales, Operations), track partner performance and revenue, and provide training and enablement for internal teams.

Own global total rewards programs including compensation strategy, job architecture, annual merit/bonus/equity cycles, and HRIS data integrity. Manage end-to-end leave of absence cases (FMLA, ADA, parental, international), oversee outsourced benefits provider performance and open enrollment, prepare reporting and compliance (ACA, ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, GDPR), and advise leaders on compensation decisions and process improvements.
