Process and code vendor invoices, review bills, maintain accounts payable records, reconcile vendor statements, resolve payment issues, support reimbursements and financial reporting, and assist with month-end and year-end accounting. The role also maintains electronic records, protects confidential financial information, reports irregularities, and supports financial policies and controls in a remote environment.
