Manage end-to-end influencer marketing campaigns for sports and entertainment clients, including creator discovery, casting, outreach, negotiation, contracting, content review, reporting, and budget optimization. Maintain client communication, monitor campaign performance against CPV or CPM targets, use influencer marketing platforms and AI tools, and collaborate with strategy and client solutions teams. The role is fully remote, freelance for up to three months, and requires availability from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

Own a portfolio of influencer marketing accounts, driving renewals, expansion, revenue retention, delivery quality, margins, and campaign performance. Lead and develop Campaign Managers, oversee client strategy and executive relationships, manage budgets and resourcing, set influencer casting and production standards, and resolve escalations. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Product, and Strategy while using analytics and AI to improve campaign operations and client outcomes.
