Lead and operate AI-driven customer engagements: define scope, estimate, manage day-to-day delivery, align cross-functional teams, track value realization, handle stakeholder communications, and drive adoption with frequent on-site collaboration.

Lead client engagements to design end-to-end Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce solutions. Define business processes, automation, AI use cases, integrations, and governance. Facilitate workshops, drive solution adoption, mentor delivery teams, and ensure measurable business outcomes and platform scalability.
