The Senior Marketing Analyst will develop and execute marketing strategies, analyze data for insights, and collaborate with partners to drive growth.

Lead and grow major partnerships in the Americas through strategy, data-driven optimization, partner marketing, campaign execution, A/B testing, billing reconciliation, and cross-functional collaboration. Serve as partner escalation, prepare presentations and collateral, benchmark competitors, and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines on a small, scrappy team.

The role involves strategic partnering and talent management, performance management, employee relations, and driving change to support business growth within the North America region.
