Build and lead Prenuvo’s technical program management function, establishing scalable practices for planning, governance, dependencies, risks, executive visibility, and launch readiness. Personally lead complex cross-functional initiatives spanning Product, Engineering, Clinical, Operations, Data, and Marketing. Recruit and develop TPMs, resolve blockers, guide technical planning, improve portfolio prioritization, and ensure coordinated delivery across technical, operational, regulatory, privacy, legal, support, and go-to-market teams.

Support and execute compensation and total rewards programs, including merit and bonus cycles, salary structures, pay bands, benchmarking, pay equity reviews, and budget modeling. Extract, reconcile, and analyze workforce data across HRIS, ATS, and finance systems. Build executive dashboards, maintain job architecture and compensation policies, improve data integrity and processes, and provide leadership with insights for compensation decisions and compliance reporting.

Lead QA for web and backend systems: design and execute manual and automated tests (UI, functional, regression, accessibility, API), integrate testing into CI/CD, track and triage defects, perform root-cause analysis, mentor junior QA, and contribute to performance and security testing and process improvements.
