Manage end-to-end sales for Illinois/Wisconsin: generate and qualify leads, run C-level meetings and POCs, manage accounts, negotiate and close, maintain SFDC forecasts, collaborate cross-functionally, and meet quota.

Provide end-to-end technical support for customers, troubleshoot Windows/Linux and Active Directory environments, resolve authentication protocol issues, manage tickets and SLAs, create knowledge articles, collaborate with R&D/Customer Success/Sales, and participate in rotating on-call shifts with occasional travel.

Manage and grow partner-driven revenue through named focus partners across the region. Build GTM plans, enable partners, drive demand generation, coordinate cross-functional execution, forecast partner opportunities, and maintain deep knowledge of the identity/cybersecurity landscape to accelerate pipeline and revenue.
