Own quality strategy and release validation across APIs, web and mobile SDKs, and dashboards. Build scalable automation frameworks, CI/CD quality gates, synthetic test data, and performance tests. Validate identity verification, security, privacy, compliance, and ML model changes. Triage defects, define quality metrics, produce audit evidence, and partner with engineering and security teams. Use AI-powered development tools to accelerate reliable test creation and failure analysis while mentoring teams and improving testing practices.

Owns the full post-sale customer success function across Vouched’s IDV and KYA products, with primary accountability for net revenue retention. The VP will build and continuously improve onboarding, adoption, renewal, expansion, health monitoring, forecasting, and risk-management processes; lead and coach CSMs and implementation specialists; partner with Product, Sales, and executive leadership; and ensure CRM data accurately reflects customer health, renewal pipeline, and expansion opportunities.
