The Private Risk Advisor sells and renews insurance accounts, builds client relationships, communicates effectively, and achieves monthly business goals.

The Advisor is responsible for selling and renewing insurance accounts, building client relationships, and achieving new business goals while adhering to firm policies.

Designs and maintains enterprise data architecture, including data lakes, warehouses, integrations, migrations, orchestration, and data management protocols. Partners with architects, DBAs, BI teams, product leaders, and business stakeholders to support analytics and data science. Requires deep experience with cloud data environments, Azure SQL, Microsoft Fabric, Spark, Hadoop, PySpark, SparkSQL, security protocols, and enterprise data integrations.

Manage insurance product development, enhancements, market expansion, and regulatory compliance for MSI’s Multifamily segment. Analyze product performance, profitability, competitors, pricing, coverage, filings, and market trends. Build product roadmaps, lead cross-functional initiatives, collaborate with distribution, actuarial, claims, technology, compliance, and data teams, and provide strategic recommendations to executives. The role includes using statistical analysis, Excel, and SQL to improve growth and financial results.

Manages marketing and client service processes for a senior living insurance book of business. Leads service teams, supports renewals and prospect presentations, analyzes financial and claims data, prepares submissions and client materials, evaluates quotes, oversees sold-business implementation, reviews policy documents, and supervises workflow support staff.

Leads national wholesale and open-market placement strategy for commercial property and casualty insurance. Manages placement leaders and brokers, develops insurer relationships, negotiates terms and agreements, handles complex placements, and supports sales, renewals, and market strategy. Monitors market conditions, improves placement processes and technology adoption, collaborates on analytics and program structuring, supports acquisitions, and maintains accurate placement records and escalation follow-up.

Provides enterprise-level risk engineering leadership and consulting for complex property, operational, casualty, and business interruption exposures. Advises executives, clients, carriers, and underwriting partners on loss prevention, resilience, risk quality, and insurance outcomes. Leads complex technical assessments, develops mitigation strategies, supports market negotiations, publishes thought leadership, mentors risk professionals, and serves as a recognized authority on specialized risks and emerging hazards.

Manages commercial insurance client accounts, maintaining files, policies, renewals, claims information, invoices, certificates, and client communications. Advises clients on coverage and exposures, coordinates with insurers and internal teams, supports policy marketing and negotiations, and develops client relationships and referrals. The role requires commercial account management experience, insurance licensing, strong communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and travel as needed.

Handles complex first-party property insurance claims by analyzing coverage, investigating liability, setting reserves, evaluating settlements, coordinating experts and counsel, identifying fraud and subrogation opportunities, monitoring vendors and TPAs, maintaining claim files, and communicating with policyholders, agents, carriers, and other stakeholders. The role also requires claims audits, litigation support, customer service, and maintaining a state adjuster’s license.

Manages relationships with home builders, lenders, title companies, and mortgage-affiliated clients across an assigned territory. Serves as the primary account contact, provides client training, promotes insurance services, resolves issues, maintains accurate records, distributes marketing materials, and ensures regulatory compliance. The role requires knowledge of property and casualty insurance, strong communication and presentation skills, client visits, and frequent travel exceeding 50% of working time.
