The Regional Technical Leader oversees technical and maintenance teams across multiple sites, focusing on training, compliance, and continuous improvement in a high-output plastics manufacturing environment.

Lead planning and implementation of new production lines, troubleshoot and optimize plastic forming and blow mold processes, support product/process transfers, run experiments and data analysis, upgrade process controls, train operators, and mentor junior engineers.

The Process Engineer III will plan new production lines, troubleshoot production issues, support product development, and train operators, while ensuring quality standards and process improvements.
