Manages tax-exempt retirement plan relationships valued at approximately $35 million to $150 million. Responsibilities include client retention, satisfaction and risk management, P&L oversight, new-business presentations, client meetings, plan health reporting, regulatory presentations, and coordination with internal experts. The role requires knowledge of retirement plan design, compliance, fiduciary governance, capital markets, investment products, and relationship economics, with travel throughout Iowa, Illinois, and Indiana.
