Provide regional safety oversight for transportation operations including compliance with federal/state regulations, incident investigation, training rollout, data collection and reporting, relationship-building, and leading regional safety teams. Manage driver trainer staffing, support risk/claims reviews, and drive behavioral change to improve safety performance.
