Leads the customer master data governance program and serves as business owner for the Informatica MDM platform. Collaborates with Engineering, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and customers to launch products, improve margins, manage portfolios, and support strategic negotiations. Builds customer relationships and influences cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Leads the design, testing, verification, validation, and commercialization of new circuit protection products. Develops prototypes, specifications, drawings, cost estimates, and technical reports; analyzes test results; drives product optimization and cost reduction; researches materials and technologies; collaborates with manufacturing, quality, customers, and cross-functional teams; supports certification compliance and project delivery.

Develop and execute high-voltage and short-circuit test plans for circuit protection devices.
