Territory-focused Account Manager responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, driving sales, identifying opportunities, managing CRM, coordinating orders/deliveries, conducting customer business reviews, and meeting business targets. Provides exceptional customer service, resolves issues, and works with internal teams to support product expansion and account growth.

Manages customer programs from concept through completion, coordinating teams and project phases including estimating, design approvals, purchasing, production, delivery, and installation. Maintains timelines, inventories, costs, labor data, and customer relationships while supporting revenue and margin growth. Leads project coordinators, reviews architectural fixture drawings, develops corrective actions, and collaborates with Sales and Operations. Some travel to other divisions is required.
