Leads a team of 10–17 Account Managers responsible for client satisfaction, retention, and growth. Supports Account Managers and fleet clients by responding to inquiries, managing transactions, conducting research, preparing reports, updating systems, and maintaining accurate client processes. The role provides administrative, analytical, and customer service support while monitoring KPIs, developing SOPs, resolving issues, coordinating coverage, and cultivating client relationships. It is a developmental position intended to progress into Account Management.

Lead and develop a multi-layered billing and invoicing organization responsible for accurate, timely, high-volume billing across multi-service fleet offerings. Oversee invoice design (including EDI), billing technology and governance, revenue capture, dispute resolution, controls, and audits. Partner cross-functionally to onboard complex clients, drive automation, reduce errors, and improve AR and cash collection.
