Supports the Talent Acquisition team with candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, applicant tracking system maintenance, onboarding, and recruitment process projects. The role involves using job boards and social media to identify candidates, conducting initial phone screenings, scheduling interviews, maintaining accurate candidate records, and assisting with new-hire paperwork and orientation. This is a three-month full-time internship or contract opportunity in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Conduct quality assurance evaluations for customer service operations, analyze root causes and performance data, prepare progress reports, resolve process-related questions, serve as a QA subject matter expert, and support continuous improvement and problem prevention initiatives.

Manages support cases in Workday HCM and ServiceNow, resolves moderately complex and sensitive issues, protects confidentiality, and ensures compliance with company procedures. Requires at least three years of employee support experience and advanced English and Japanese communication skills.

Provide first-line technical support to B2B clients, partners, and retail teams in Spanish and English. Troubleshoot device, application, login, pairing, app crash, and iPad issues; document interactions in ticketing systems; collaborate with internal teams; and monitor open cases through timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

Conducts call-center quality evaluations, root-cause and data analysis, QA progress reporting, and process issue resolution. Serves as the QA subject matter expert and escalation contact while supporting problem prevention and continuous improvement projects. Requires rotational shift availability, strong English proficiency, a bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma, and at least one year of call-center QA experience.
