Supports Global Marketing Operations through AI and automation initiatives, workflow testing, chatbot improvement, research, documentation, reporting, and project coordination. The intern will help develop AI agents, prompts, knowledge bases, training materials, and best-practice resources while tracking deliverables and improving data quality, operational efficiency, user enablement, and product launch readiness.

Supports Customer Value Stream projects and the business application ecosystem, including Salesforce, SAP, AWS, and integration platforms. Design software experiences for Shure products from concept through launch. Create UX concepts, wireframes, prototypes, design patterns, and specifications; collaborate with product managers, developers, stakeholders, and end users; conduct usability and customer research; define requirements and use cases; and ensure designs are technically feasible, intuitive, efficient, and aligned with Shure’s quality standards.

Design, develop, test, and document cloud software for managing Shure devices and supporting audio product functionality. Collaborate cross-functionally on front-end cloud applications, serverless services, databases, RESTful and GraphQL APIs, and system designs. Apply software development principles, model systems with UML, review peer code, estimate tasks, and contribute to testing and release processes.

Assists the Internal Audit team with planning and executing financial, operational, compliance, and integrated IT audits. Prepares audit documentation, process flows, risk assessments, testing workpapers, conclusions, and reports. Identifies risks and internal controls, performs substantive testing, applies data analytics, documents audit evidence, and completes assigned tasks within project timelines. The role is fully remote and performed under supervision while supporting process improvement recommendations.

This summer intern will work with DevOps and Cloud teams to improve CI/CD pipelines, automate cloud product delivery, enhance pipeline scripts and tools, test robustness, support deployment capabilities across product teams, and create observability dashboards for pipelines and applications. The internship is a twelve-week, onsite position in Niles, Illinois.

Own the WaveTool software product by defining requirements, prioritizing the backlog, maintaining the roadmap, and coordinating engineering, QA, UX, platform, firmware, and hardware teams. Gather customer insights, conduct competitive analysis, define product metrics, support integrations and go-to-market activities, establish release criteria, and monitor post-launch performance. The role is hybrid in Niles, Illinois, with occasional collaboration across global time zones.

Develop software applications and libraries supporting advanced research initiatives. Collaborate with software engineers and applied research scientists to implement, test, optimize, and demonstrate experimental prototypes involving AI, machine learning, and emerging technologies. The role contributes to smarter, higher-performing audio products and requires object-oriented C++ programming, with opportunities to work across embedded, desktop, mobile, cloud, signal processing, computer vision, and deep learning technologies.

Supports development of Shure’s iOS applications, including audio recording, playback, video capture, hardware integration, and user experience features. Collaborates with marketing, testing, and systems engineering teams to define requirements and use cases. Assists with coding, integration and unit testing, task estimation, planning, organization, and documentation for mobile application software and embedded-system integrations.
