Supports the design, development, documentation, and implementation of tools, fixtures, dies, and gages. Assists with assembly and component drawings, equipment and process modifications, design reviews, project scheduling, and manufacturing efficiency improvements. Works under senior engineers across manufacturing and product development teams while applying CAD, dimensional tolerancing, drafting, and shop-practice knowledge.

Coordinate global regulatory approvals and certifications for wireless, audio, conferencing, and networking products. Develop compliance strategies, interpret regulatory requirements and technical standards, manage external laboratories and certification bodies, maintain technical documentation, participate in design reviews, perform pre-compliance evaluations, support formal EMC, safety, RF, wireless, and energy-efficiency testing, and resolve certification issues across products sold in more than 100 countries.

Design, develop, test, debug, and document cross-platform device communication middleware for audio products. Build Node.js and TypeScript business logic, expose GraphQL and REST APIs, standardize device-agnostic interfaces, and support desktop, mobile, browser, cloud, and embedded applications. Collaborate with developers, marketing, testing, systems engineering, and business partners to define requirements and improve software architecture, performance, reuse, and maintainability.

Assists with designing, documenting, building, and troubleshooting electronic and acoustical production test fixtures and systems. Develops test plans, automated functional test programs, schematics, bills of materials, and test specifications. Performs electrical verification, RF and audio measurements, fixture reliability analysis, and statistical capability assessments. Supports fixture construction through soldering and PCB component assembly under manager or mentor supervision.

Supports product quality engineering through reliability and customer use-case testing, test-result documentation, data collection and analysis, and participation in CQE projects and meetings. Learns and applies quality tools including PFMEA, GR&R, statistical methods, problem-solving methodologies, and SQP elements under engineering supervision.
