Supports quality data analytics and engineering through data collection, cleaning, validation, visualization, dashboard development, documentation, and data governance. Aggregates, analyzes, updates, and reports global service center data; identifies process and system improvements; refines case management fields; develops recommendations; documents standard operating procedures; and collaborates with Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Global Service teams using Salesforce and related analytics tools.

Support global product certification and compliance activities for audio, wireless, and networking products. Assist with EMC, product safety, and wireless regulatory testing; collect, analyze, and document test data and certification records; and collaborate with engineering teams throughout product development. The internship provides hands-on exposure to laboratory equipment, technical documentation, compliance processes, and international regulations.

Supports fiscal year-end audits, fixed asset creation and reporting, month-end close activities, accrual identification, accounts payable invoice processing, and vendor payments. The intern also coordinates subsidiary requests, verifies spreadsheets, and retrieves source documentation. This hybrid summer internship is intended for accounting students with intermediate Excel skills and foundational accounting coursework.
