Provide technical expertise on VRF applications, system design, product selection, building codes, and ASHRAE standards. Deliver presentations and technical training, influence basis-of-design specifications, identify market opportunities, support project execution, and collaborate with sales teams to expand market share and customer engagement.

Supports the management, retention, and growth of strategic national accounts by strengthening customer relationships, ensuring post-sales satisfaction, resolving customer needs, identifying expansion opportunities, and contributing to revenue and profitability. The role also supports customer onboarding and training, tracks account performance and interactions in CRM systems, and coordinates communication among customers and internal stakeholders.
