Lead net-new revenue growth for mid-market and emerging accounts by building pipeline, running consultative sales campaigns, forecasting, and closing deals. Act as the Skai ambassador to clients, ensure satisfaction, partner with Client Success on implementations and growth, provide product feedback, and meet or exceed revenue targets.

Manage and optimize paid search and shopping campaigns (Google and Microsoft) on the Skai platform, provide strategic consulting and client-facing support, produce performance reporting, collaborate with product and client teams, and drive platform innovation to improve client outcomes.

Own and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise clients: drive net revenue retention and expansion via upsell/cross-sell, manage renewals and forecasting, develop executive relationships, sell Skai's AI/agentic product suite, partner with Client Success and Product, and maintain pipeline hygiene in Salesforce.
