Own Eve’s go-to-market data models and semantic layer for governed metrics including pipeline, conversion, CAC, win rate, ARR, and bookings. Establish certification frameworks, modeling standards, documentation, alerting, and analytical application patterns across the organization. Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps stakeholders, resolve conflicting metric definitions, enable AI-grounded data tools, review contributions, and mentor analytics engineers.

Partner with customer success, sales, finance, and deal desk teams to improve retention and renewal execution. Gradually assume ownership of scaled and mid-market renewals, support enterprise strategies, and help build scalable renewal playbooks, tooling, and documentation. Drive adoption, retention, and expansion for Eve’s legal technology platform across enterprise law firm accounts. Lead onboarding, maximize product utilization, demonstrate client ROI, develop case studies and use cases, gather feedback for product improvements, and maintain strong client relationships. Manage a smaller book of business with $10M–$20M in ARR ownership while delivering strategic upsells, cross-sells, and high customer satisfaction. The role requires legal industry expertise, analytical ability, project management, communication skills, and willingness to travel for client visits and industry events.

Owns enablement for Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives by designing coaching programs, playbooks, certifications, battlecards, and sales training. The role focuses on MEDDPICC, complex deal execution, account expansion, executive alignment, negotiation, and objection handling. Responsibilities include analyzing call recordings, tracking ramp and certification metrics, partnering with sales leadership and top performers, and collaborating cross-functionally to translate product launches into field-ready materials.

Own revenue enablement for Enterprise and Strategic sales teams by designing coaching programs, playbooks, certifications, battlecards, and live training. Reinforce MEDDPICC and improve discovery, executive alignment, negotiation, objection handling, and expansion selling. Manage Deal Desk operations across the quote-to-cash lifecycle, including CPQ administration, quoting, pricing validation, approvals, product configuration, exception management, and data integrity across CPQ, CRM, and billing systems. Build KPI reporting, support renewals and expansions, document processes, and partner cross-functionally to automate workflows and improve deal execution.
