As a Project Manager, you will oversee and deliver multiple projects, coordinate with teams, and ensure quality and timely execution within the healthcare communications sector.

Support senior Project Managers to keep agency projects on schedule and on budget. Coordinate timelines, budgets, resources, submissions (client/medical/legal), and cross-functional handoffs. Maintain job folders and project tracking systems (including Ziflow), pull weekly financial reports, schedule meetings, prepare materials, and assist with implementation from concept to delivery.

Lead visual creative direction and brand stewardship across digital, print, video, and social channels. Manage and mentor Art Directors, align creative with copy, strategy, and medical teams, present work to clients and regulatory reviewers, and contribute to brand strategy while ensuring regulatory-compliant, high-quality design execution.

Lead social strategy and execution for healthcare clients: develop briefs, write social copy, manage content calendars, liaise with creative, ensure regulatory compliance, support client relationships, mentor juniors, contribute to new business and social thought leadership.

Manage daily operations for assigned pharma/health accounts, build client relationships, coordinate internal creative/strategy/project teams, review and approve creative and production, write client documents and statements of work, oversee project timing and budgets, identify revenue opportunities, and ensure clients' strategic objectives are met.
