Prepare and review partnership (Form 1065) and individual (Form 1040) tax returns including multi-state filings; analyze financial and tax data to identify risks and planning opportunities; research tax issues and respond to notices; manage workstreams, maintain workpapers, support managers on technical research and advisory projects, and collaborate with clients and colleagues to deliver high-quality tax compliance services.

Prepare and review fund financial statements, maintain ledgers and reconciliations, assist with NAV calculations, fees, carried interest and waterfalls. Support capital calls/distributions, audit and tax deliverables, client queries, and multiple fund structures. Partner with internal teams to ensure timely reporting, improve processes, and act as a point of contact for auditors and tax providers.
