Design, implement, and manage partner and end-customer financing solutions across North America. Interface with commercial teams, financial institutions, and corporate finance to structure deals, present financing scenarios, manage program lifecycle, monitor portfolio risk and performance, ensure compliance, and support sales through training and commercial negotiations to drive partner growth and revenue.

Lead building a data- and AI-enabled growth engine to improve pipeline quality and visibility. Define data governance, segmentation, scoring, and KPIs; operationalize demand-generation campaigns and tooling; prototype AI-driven automation and reporting; partner with vendors and sales/marketing to measure and improve pipeline conversion and ROI.
