Supports business development and leadership advisory pitching by creating proposals, pitch decks, pricing models, outreach strategies, and client materials. Conducts market research, tracks market and executive trends, identifies priority targets, manages pre-project workflows, and collaborates with consultants and stakeholders across simultaneous mandates. Maintains knowledge bases, captures best practices, develops subject matter expertise, and creates scalable tools and standardized resources. The role requires strong communication, analytical, project planning, attention to detail, and Microsoft Office skills.

Supports business development and client engagement for CEO and board advisory services. Creates pitch decks, proposals, pricing models, reports, templates, and outreach strategies; conducts market and executive research; manages multiple pre-project workflows; builds event target lists; and maintains regional and global knowledge assets. Partners with consultants, researchers, and senior stakeholders to provide strategic insights, standardize processes, and develop expertise in CEO succession, board search, and governance services.

Provide high-level administrative and search coordination support to consultants: manage complex calendars, travel, expenses, confidential correspondence, database records, client and candidate liaison, produce deliverables, assist billing, and support business development materials and events.

The Researcher will lead projects in Executive Search, conduct market research, support business development, and contribute to knowledge management, while collaborating with internal teams.
