Manages full-cycle, high-volume recruiting for hourly union personnel, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, reference checks, and pre-employment compliance. Partners with HR and operations on workforce planning, job requirements, manager coaching, training, recruiting partnerships, applicant data maintenance, and reporting. Requires strong interviewing, employment-law knowledge, communication, organization, relationship-building, analytical, and computer skills.

Support and monitor unit Environmental, Health & Safety programs focused on preventing occupational injuries and ensuring environmental and OSHA/EPA compliance. Deliver and manage safety training, maintain training matrices, investigate incidents, develop corrective actions, liaise with clients, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvement in safety practices across the unit.
