Manage existing key accounts and develop new customers for evaporative cooling media and systems. Serve as the primary customer contact, process RFQs, coordinate technical proposals with applications engineering, resolve disputes, present at trade shows and training sessions, host customer visits and factory tests, and provide monthly order and revenue forecasts. The role requires HVAC sales expertise, technical aptitude, customer relationship skills, and travel up to 50%.
