Develops and manages B2B client relationships, prospects new logistics customers, and grows revenue within an assigned territory. Proposes transportation solutions, negotiates contracts, closes sales, and builds retention plans. Collaborates with operations and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, presents proposals, maintains CRM records, and monitors market and competitor trends. The role requires frequent customer-site and event travel, a valid driver’s license, and occasional work outside normal business hours.

Manages terminal planning and operations including pickup/delivery, dock operations, staffing, scheduling, safety compliance, and customer issue resolution. Uses software and analytics to optimize performance, provides equipment and training, hires and onboards staff, and fosters employee relations through coaching and feedback.
