Manage day-to-day insurance production activities across regions, lead the operations team, enhance procedures, and ensure compliance with regulations while driving continuous improvement.

The Underwriting Analyst will handle casualty accounts, assist with underwriting processes, and support business expansion efforts in casualty insurance areas.

Manage and conduct marine loss control surveys across cargo, hull, and liability lines; analyze claims and trends; prepare detailed risk assessments; advise underwriters; and oversee survey assignments for existing and prospective clients.

Audit open and closed claims (internal and TPA-handled) against handling guidelines; perform system and on-site audits; prepare reports and follow-up; review files with insureds/brokers/TPAs; monitor claims systems; provide technical research and analytic support; assist product enhancements and projects as needed.

The Claims Auditor is responsible for evaluating claims files against guidelines, performing audits, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with procedures. Collaboration with insureds and Third Party Administrators is also required.
