The Business Development Specialist will support business growth by managing pitches and proposals, enhancing client relationships, and coordinating events while collaborating with various teams.

Lead advanced litigation support across all phases of matters, including complex federal and state court filings, discovery (document review, production, depositions), e-filing, database management (Relativity), privilege/redaction logs, legal research, and mentoring junior staff. Manage deadlines, case file integrity, and cross-office coordination on multijurisdictional matters.

Provide onsite technology support for software, hardware, network, AV, telephone and security systems; troubleshoot, repair, image and deploy devices; respond to helpdesk tickets and calls; support moves/adds/changes, inventory, and training; maintain data closets and ensure security and firm policy compliance.
