Manage and improve Finance technology processes, automation, reporting, and software systems. Investigate and resolve user issues, test system performance, analyze workflow improvements, and collaborate with Finance teams to deliver business solutions that support informed decision-making.

Establish and adjust customer credit limits, conduct credit reviews, approve orders, monitor analyst performance, complete audits, meet order-release deadlines, and investigate high-risk or potentially fraudulent accounts.
