Own and scale Crux’s partnerships program into a measurable partner-sourced pipeline engine. Build relationships with law and accounting firms, expand partner acquisition, manage referral agreements and commercial terms, lead intelligence- and events-driven engagement, and coordinate across commercial, research, content, legal, policy, events, and operations teams. Lead and grow a partnerships team while establishing tiered frameworks, attribution, enablement, and performance metrics.

Lead underwriting and advisory for renewable tax credit transactions, evaluate eligibility and risk, build underwriting policies and a high-performing team, collaborate with developers and internal teams, and cultivate relationships with large tax credit buyers.
