Own and scale Crux's accounting and tax advisory partner channel end-to-end: deepen enterprise relationships, expand mid-market referrals, optimize partner playbooks with commercial teams, track pipeline in HubSpot, and represent Crux in market events (≈25% travel).

The Associate will support tax equity models, assist in investment analyses, contribute to transaction execution, and help manage project performance.

Lead go-to-market strategy and positioning for Crux's capital solutions aimed at institutional investors. Own audience segmentation, messaging, market insight, and commercial enablement; align product, commercial, and marketing stakeholders; create decks, battlecards, and training to drive adoption and measurable revenue outcomes.

The Managing Director will focus on debt capital markets advisory, building relationships with clients in clean energy while leading debt advisory mandates and strategies.
