As a Research Engineer, you'll develop and manage data systems for text-to-speech projects and enhance machine learning models using innovative strategies.

The role involves scaling go-to-market operations by building tools, automations, and dashboards for sales and product teams, collaborating across functions to enhance revenue generation, and overseeing analytics and reporting to drive growth.

Own ElevenLabs’ vertical go-to-market strategy within Sales Strategy and Operations. Conduct market and buyer research, define vertical positioning and use cases, launch repeatable vertical GTM motions, align Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Sales teams, identify product requirements, build performance dashboards, and advise leadership on investment priorities using pipeline, win-rate, ACV, sales-cycle, and adoption metrics.

Own the operational backbone for ElevenLabs’ partner ecosystem. Responsibilities include designing partner lifecycle processes, managing deal registration and referral workflows, attributing partner-sourced revenue, building dashboards and KPIs, supporting incentive programs, and advising Partnerships leadership. The role requires cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product, Data, and Legal, plus experimentation to improve partner pipeline, attribution, and revenue performance.

Build and polish complex interactive video-editing features for Studio, including transitions, color grading, element libraries, presets, and customizable keyboard shortcuts. Own frontend-leaning full-stack work from proposal through launch, collaborate in a fast-moving startup environment, and contribute to product decisions and marketing efforts. Deep backend expertise is not required.

Own a greenfield workflow for distributing Studio video projects across languages and aspect ratios. Design complex data-heavy backend systems, define requirements through RFCs, pressure-test data structures, and lead projects from inception through launch with minimal supervision. The role requires product judgment, enterprise-grade usage and account reporting expertise, and backend generalist capabilities. Media or video-processing pipeline experience is a bonus.

The role involves administering Salesforce, developing automations with Flows and Apex, and maintaining data pipelines to support revenue operations at ElevenLabs.

Own ElevenLabs’ North American enterprise financial services sales motion across banking, insurance, lending, payments, and wealth. Define the ideal customer profile, sales methodology, pipeline and forecasting processes, land major enterprise accounts, and expand deployments. Build and lead the sales team, guide regulated buyers through risk, compliance, model-risk, architecture, and security reviews, and manage executive negotiations. Partner with engineering, product, marketing, and customer success to develop repeatable conversational AI sales strategies.

The Full-Stack Engineer will enhance backend functionality, collaborate with teams, and maintain platform performance and security, requiring expertise in Python.
