The Finance & Strategy analyst will manage financial planning, performance reporting, and strategic analysis to support product and operations teams, driving decision-making and investment planning for growth at ElevenLabs.

Own and grow a portfolio of US enterprise accounts for ElevenCreative, leading consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, building territory and account strategies, partnering cross-functionally to onboard and expand accounts, and representing the product at events. Focus on closing six-figure deals with 3–6 month cycles while translating AI creative capabilities into measurable business value for senior buyers.

The Mobile Growth Manager will oversee app acquisition and growth campaigns, optimize performance, and collaborate with creative and data teams.

Drive enterprise sales across the Nordics by building and managing accounts, identifying opportunities for conversational and voice AI (including ElevenAgents), leading consultative multi-stakeholder sales cycles, creating business cases for C-level buyers, navigating procurement and legal processes, partnering with customer success and engineering for deployment and expansion, and educating executives on generative AI and voice technology.

Design, build, and maintain no-code/low-code and custom-code automations for influencer programs: discovery, onboarding, contracts, content tracking, reporting, and payments. Own integrations, webhooks, error handling, secrets management, and data validation (SQL) while partnering with marketing, finance, legal, and BI.

Lead ElevenLabs' music business end-to-end: define and execute strategy across B2B, artist, and consumer products; oversee product, licensing, marketing, partnerships, and sales; partner with GTM and implementation teams; represent the company at industry events; build and manage the music leadership team.

Manage review, negotiation, tracking, and recordkeeping of commercial contracts (NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, DPAs, amendments). Maintain CLM/DocuSign records, support template/playbook updates, coordinate cross-functional reviews, assist with corporate/IP filings, and participate in diligence, litigation, and compliance projects.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer Strategist, you will engage with customers to understand their audio AI needs and collaborate with teams to develop innovative solutions, ensuring effective implementation and delivering results.

Own organic growth for ElevenLabs' B2B products (Agents, API, enterprise): drive low-volume, high-intent keyword strategy, AEO, build and ship pages (including programmatic sets), create content and FAQs, measure impact tied to pipeline, and partner with growth engineers and product marketing to turn launches and customer insights into revenue-driving organic assets.

Build and scale ElevenLabs' affiliate and partner referral program end-to-end: recruit and onboard partners, design commissions and payouts, implement tracking and fraud controls, optimize performance and unit economics, and collaborate cross-functionally with creative, product marketing, finance, and legal.
