A 24-week entry-level training program preparing participants for future sales leadership roles in the LTL transportation industry. Trainees learn freight operations, develop sales and leadership skills, rotate across shifts, and gain experience at company service centers. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, willingness to relocate, and flexibility to work first, second, and third shifts during training.

Participate in a nine-week summer management internship learning transportation-industry operations, company policies, procedures, and service-center functions. Interns gain knowledge of how each position contributes to the organization’s mission and may be considered for a management trainee program after completing their degree.
