Leads the firm’s enterprise applications portfolio and Enterprise Applications, Desktop Engineering, and Applications Development teams. Develops technology strategy and roadmaps; oversees implementations, integrations, upgrades, migrations, governance, lifecycle management, support, security, vendors, licensing, and budgets. Partners with attorneys, business leaders, IT, and vendors to deliver reliable legal, financial, document, workflow, and collaboration systems. Evaluates AI, automation, and emerging legal technologies while providing strategic reporting to leadership and governance committees.

Represent companies, founders, management teams, and investors in emerging-company, venture-capital, corporate finance, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. Advise entrepreneurial and growth-stage businesses from formation through exit, including financing, regulatory compliance, and related legal and business needs.
