Owns practice strategy, service maturity, workforce planning, delivery quality, utilization, financial performance, pipeline support, and client outcomes. Lead presales architecture and engineering for scalable data platforms using Microsoft Fabric and Azure. Responsibilities include client discovery, solution design, technical workshops, proposals, roadmaps, SOWs, demonstrations, and proof-of-concepts. The role is remote with occasional travel and requires VMware Cloud Foundation certification plus extensive infrastructure and VMware experience.

Develop and maintain scalable web applications using C#, ASP.NET Core, React, and SQL databases. Participate across the software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, deployment, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies.
