Own strategic DSO and OSO partnerships across North America, managing enterprise accounts, executive relationships, renewals, pricing, negotiations, billing escalations, and account performance. Lead and develop a special-markets sales team, validate commissions, build reporting, resolve operational issues, and represent the company at industry events. Travel up to 30–50% to client locations and events.
