Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Field Engineering to translate technical products into effective enablement. Codify field best practices, report program impact to leadership, and design AI agents that improve seller efficiency and Revenue Operations insight.

Owns Fireworks’ marketing operations infrastructure, including marketing technology, data architecture, lifecycle management, lead scoring, attribution, analytics, governance, planning cadences, budgeting, vendor management, and cross-functional program management. The role ensures reliable pipeline reporting, efficient campaign operations, compliant data practices, aligned marketing priorities, and executive visibility into performance, capacity, and spend.

Lead Fireworks AI’s security operations function, including CrowdStrike deployment, detection engineering, incident response, SOAR workflows, threat intelligence, playbooks, metrics, and cross-functional incident coordination. Build and tune detections, operationalize response processes, run post-incident reviews, and improve coverage against MITRE ATT&CK. The role begins as a hands-on individual contributor and may grow into team leadership, including hiring and expanding 24/7 coverage and capabilities such as cloud detection engineering and red/purple team operations.
