Build and scale Nexcess’s Managed Cloud partner program from the ground up. Recruit and manage resellers, referral partners, MSPs, VARs, agencies, and other strategic partners; establish program structures, processes, enablement, and partner economics; develop partner-sourced pipeline and new-logo revenue; support co-selling; monitor performance; and report results to Sales leadership. This autonomous individual-contributor role partners cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, and Support.

Owns end-to-end relationships for an assigned portfolio of digital cloud customers. Responsibilities include proactive check-ins, QBRs, issue triage, coordinating technical resources, maintaining account context, communicating product roadmaps, reducing churn, and driving expansion, cross-sell, upsell, annual-contract conversion, and net revenue retention.

Own the full sales cycle for high-volume, short-cycle digital cloud deals, from pipeline generation and outbound prospecting through closing and handoff. Maintain strong daily activity, manage multiple opportunities, achieve quota, and perform competitively on sales leaderboards. Collaborate with Sales, Account Managers, Product, and Solutions Engineers while targeting SMB and technical buyers.

Lead Nexcess’s North American sales organization and strategy, owning new-logo pipeline, revenue performance, forecasting, complex deals, team development, and channel partnerships. The role manages and coaches sales executives and SDRs, strengthens sales processes and Salesforce discipline, develops vertical-focused market plans, and collaborates with global leadership, marketing, technical teams, and partners to expand market share and drive regional growth.

Leads the transformation of fragmented implementation and migration teams into a unified organization serving three business units. Owns post-sale delivery through go-live, establishes standardized methodologies, metrics, tooling, staffing, and operating processes, and improves time-to-value and implementation economics. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support. The role also evaluates self-service delivery and develops a potential professional services revenue model.

Drive net-new customer acquisition and revenue growth for managed hosting, cloud, and IaaS solutions. Manage the full sales cycle, prospect independently, develop consultative solutions, conduct executive presentations, maintain CRM pipeline data, achieve revenue quotas, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales Engineering, and Customer Success on customer acquisition and onboarding.

Supports pre-sales technical engagements for mid-market and enterprise clients. Conducts technical discovery, designs cloud infrastructure solutions, delivers demonstrations and workshops, supports proof-of-concepts, and contributes to proposals and RFP responses. Partners with sales, product, implementation, and customer success teams to ensure accurate solution positioning and smooth delivery transitions. Provides technical enablement, knowledge sharing, process improvements, and guidance to junior sales engineers while maintaining current cloud technology expertise.

Designs scalable, secure infrastructure solutions across cloud, hybrid, on-premises, and bare-metal environments. Leads technical discovery, architecture design, presentations, demonstrations, RFP responses, estimates, TCO modeling, and proposal development throughout the pre-sales process. Partners with Sales, Engineering, Product, vendors, and customers to ensure technically sound solutions, provide product feedback, and support successful customer outcomes.

Leads North American new-logo sales for Nexcess Managed Cloud, managing 5–8 Account Executives and owning recurring revenue, bookings, pipeline, forecasting, and quota attainment. The role combines hands-on selling, strategic deal leadership, coaching, recruiting, territory planning, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Sales Operations, Customer Success, and Technical Account Management. The Director develops prospecting-led sales motions, drives competitive displacement, improves forecast accuracy, and grows managed cloud, infrastructure, compliance, and security services revenue.
