The Senior Accountant will support general ledger accounting, bank reconciliations, financial close processes, acquisition and fixed-asset accounting, lease accounting, variance analysis, audits, and financial reporting. The Senior Accounting Manager will oversee month-end and year-end close, financial reporting, reconciliations, audits, U.S. GAAP compliance, budgeting support, and M&A accounting integration. The role will improve accounting processes, controls, and Sage Intacct usage while partnering with operations and finance leaders. Initially an individual contributor, the position will provide mentorship and eventually assume formal people-management responsibilities as the accounting organization grows.

Lead design, development and deployment of AI-driven capabilities for TDP and its portfolio. Identify high-impact AI use cases, translate business challenges into technical roadmaps, architect scalable cloud and data platforms, oversee end-to-end delivery, manage vendors and cross-functional teams, and advise executives on AI transformation and reusable platform development.
